Please read these terms carefully before registering or using any qqzz service. By creating an account you agree to be bound by the terms set out below.
Introduction and Acceptance

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on qqzz. Duplicate accounts, multiple accounts held by the same individual, or accounts registered using another person's identity are prohibited and will result in all accounts being closed and all balances forfeited. To register an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted during the registration process.
Information Accuracy
- All registration information, including your legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment method details, must be accurate and truthful. Providing false information at registration is grounds for immediate account termination.
- You must notify qqzz promptly if any of your registered details change, including a change of mobile number or payment method. Account updates can be made by contacting qqzz support.
- qqzz reserves the right to verify your identity and the accuracy of your registration information at any time by requesting supporting documentation.
- You must keep your account login credentials — including your registered mobile number and password — strictly confidential. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
Account Security Obligations
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your qqzz account. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your login credentials have been compromised, you must:

- Change your account password immediately using the password reset function on the qqzz login page.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposit Rules

- Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.

- Deposits made in error or from unverified sources may be reversed. qqzz is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's payment provider or network outages outside our control.
Withdrawal Rules
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳100. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, to the same account or mobile wallet number registered on your qqzz account.
- Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes for bKash and Nagad. Processing times for other methods may vary. qqzz does not guarantee processing times where delays are caused by the player's payment provider.
- qqzz reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request, regardless of the withdrawal amount. This is a standard anti-money-laundering (AML) procedure.
- Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in that bonus's individual promotion terms and is visible on your account dashboard.
qqzz maintains strict anti-money-laundering controls. Any attempt to use the qqzz platform for money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime will be reported to the relevant authorities, and the associated account(s) will be permanently closed with all funds forfeited.
Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x means you must wager an amount equal to 20 times the bonus value before withdrawing bonus-derived winnings). The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is displayed in the promotion details on your account dashboard and in the individual promotion terms.
Game Rules and Fair Play
All games available on qqzz are provided by certified third-party gaming studios, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, Microgaming, and NetEnt. Each game is governed by its own individual game rules, which are displayed within the game interface. In addition, the following general rules apply to all games on qqzz:

Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on qqzz. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to the relevant law enforcement authorities:
- Registering more than one account, or registering an account using false, stolen, or another person's identity.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share winnings in a way that constitutes match-fixing, or coordinate betting patterns to exploit bonus offers.

Account Suspension and Termination

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
